Spill Trailer Rental Policy

1              Pricing

We rent trailers custom-built for Spill Response, Hazmat Response, Responder Rehabilitation, First Aid and Structure Protection, and other North American markets under special arrangements. Our website, e-commerce store, price book and all documentation is based on Canadian practices, procurement standards and shipping procedures and adhere to all Anti-corruption Policies in place in Canada. All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD). Canadian federal and provincial taxes are applied where appropriate at the time of purchase. All rentals are to secured with a security deposit of $2000 and payments must be paid in full before products can be dispatched.

2              Shipping

All product supplied to Canadian destinations is on a Ex Works (EXB) Victoria, British Columbia, Canada basis unless expressly quoted otherwise. Deliveries can be facilitated by special arrangement.

3            Registration

All registration of any trailer is the responsibility of the Spill Response Trailers.

4            Insurance

All product is available to you Ex Works (EXB) Victoria, British Columbia, Canada, and all insurance is the responsibility of the purchaser. We will not be held responsible for any damages or loss whatsoever.
